This summer holidays, Forte School of Music will be running a one day Live Performance Workshop. The workshop - aimed at guitar, bass, drums and keyboard/piano - is open to students of all ages and abilities, though basic competence is required in order to get the most out of the day.

The workshop will focus on improvisation, technical development, stylistic development, theory and is designed to help students to play as part of a band/group.

The course will start at 10am and finish at 4pm, with a performance for parents at the end of the day. Students, other than pianists and drummers, will be required to bring their own instrument and music stand. Students should also bring a packed lunch.
