“Hi,
I'm Suzanne! I run the Forte School of
Music in Danescourt, Cardiff. We've been operating since 2000,
offering all Forte courses including Junior Keys, Piano Keys
and Music is Fun. We have many fun and enthusiastic musicians
teaching all levels and ages on the piano,
drum kit, voice and guitar.
We offer adult drop in sessions in 'Coffee Keys' on Wednesday mornings
and Cocoa Keys on Friday nights. For students who
need to concentrate on their theory work, on Tuesday nights we
run 20 week courses for specific graded levels, though no-one
at Forte has to take exams - it's up to each individual
pupil. Our lively, fun vocal group 'Voices' rehearse on
Thursday Nights, with a repertoire covering popular, musicals
& film music.
We
are also able to provide music books, musical gifts, music stands,
a variety of instrumental accessories, percussion
instruments and musical games at great prices. If the item you
need isn't in stock we may be able to order it for you in just
a few days.
We
often sell
off our ex-teaching pianos and drum kits to our students and
their friends at reduced rates. These are always in good
condition as they have been used with care.

When are the classes?
Monday
– Friday evenings and all day on Saturdays.
